WHO WE ARE
L. West & Co Consulting is a firm that provides organizational and business strategy, event curation and management, strategic planning program development, coordination, evaluation, and training to committed clients and community members. We’ve worked with small businesses, community groups, individuals, creatives, nonprofits and larger movement entities. My name is Lawrielle West and I am Lead Consultant of this firm. I am a community organizer, facilitator, program coordinator, entrepreneur, trainer, and more. These experiences inform and has prepared LWest & Co for any project that we're a part of. They help shape how I facilitate, what I facilitate, and my fiery passion to see social change in the world.
